As part of the Supply Chain team works to manage the daily work order schedules for the shop floor. Executes Master Schedule Build plan while working closely with Manufacturing Team.


  • Responsible for maintaining work order schedules for the shop floor for oracle based ASCP Demand.

  • Analyze bottle necks and recovery schedules and assist with problem resolution.

  • BOM analysis and maintenance as required.

  • Monitor and escalate raw material shortages or overages.

  • Ensure cycle time during work order release.

  • Works closely with manufacturing and planning to ensure work order schedules are updated and delivered on time.

  • Assist with providing analytical support for projects as needed.

  • Monitor parts through manufacturing processes and expedite as required.

  • Review open PO reports and distribute to vendors weekly.



  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience working in: production/manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with ERP systems (especially Oracle), including product master data such as bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and operations

  • Creative problem solving skills, and the capability to get things done

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in cross functional and peer group settings.

  • Maintains safe operations and work area by adhering to all safety, health and quality programs procedures and initiatives.
  • Comfortable using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required for specified activities.
